The Global Civil Society Forum is co-organized by Open Forum, BetterAid and KoFID just ahead of the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF4) that will follow on 29 November to 1 December. The CSO pre-event will be an important moment for all CSOs to mobilize ahead of negotiations at HLF4, where they will be represented by 300 accredited colleagues.
