Following the Open Forum and BetterAid call for CSO videos for the video wall at the 4th High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness, HLF4 organizers have now confirmed the guidelines for submissions:
Content requirements for videos:
- Highlight stories of successful aid or development initiatives
- Focus on the themes of partnership/aid effectiveness/innovative development
- Communicate and reinforce the key messages and themes of the Forum
- Not be promotional or commercial in nature
Technical requirements for videos:
- Be no more than 5 minutes in length
- Have English (the working language of the conference) as the primary spoken language or use English subtitles
- Be submitted as standard digital files and formats (.mpg, .avi., .wmv, etc.)
- Be optimized to be played on a 65-inch (165-cm) High Definition television screen
Please submit your videos by Monday, November 7th, to info cso-effectiveness.org and cbirkett eurodad.org.
