Alertés par une question de M. Jacques Legendre (Sénateur du Nord - UMP) au Ministre des Affaires étrangères et européennes, proposant la création d’un label "société civile", sur la base des résultats du Baromètre de transparence publié par la Fondation Prometheus, Coordination SUD, le RAC France et le Forum Citoyen pour la RSE, ont adressé, avec le soutien de la CPCA, une lettre ouverte aux parlementaires français.
