Pre-Consultation Regional Training Seminars
According to the framework of the Open Forum for CSO Development Effectiveness, four regional seminars were organized between late 2009 and early 2010 with the aim of:
- raising the interest of national CSOs to conduct country consultations on CSO development effectiveness.
- comming to a colelctive regional understanding on how the national consultations would be conducted
