Post Busan Interim Group Activities
The Post Busan Interim Group (PBIG) is a multi-stakeholder ad-hoc body which brings together representatives from all actors that agreed the Busan Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation at the Fourth High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness. The PBIG is led by the Working Party on Aid Effectiveness (WP-EFF) including representatives from the donor and partner governments, the BRICs, Civil Society, International Institutions (UNDP and World Bank), South-South Cooperators and the Private Sector.
Civil society in the PBIG is represented by Antonio Tujan and Mayra Moro-Coco, Co-Chairs of BetterAid, with a consultation process with CSOs from all global regions and various thematic sectors in place.
The PBIG aims to lead the actions forward during the transition period between January and June 2012 - see schedule below - in order to set up the monitoring framework and governance arrangements post Busan.
