This CSO mobilization event takes place just before the 4th High Level Forum on Aid Effectiveness (HLF4) and intends to bring together CSO representatives from all over the world one last time before the decisive high level negotiations.
Around 300 CSO representatives are expected to meet and discuss a collective strategy around the priority issues for HLF4 and beyond.
