On this page, you will find a compilation of the key documents published by the Advisory Group on Civil Society and Aid Effectiveness. The Advisory Group was established in January 2007 as a multi-stakeholder group to bring in a civil society perspective on aid effectiveness. Reporting to the OECD DAC’s Working Party on Aid Effectiveness, it has sponsored a global consultation process that cumulated in an International Forum in Gatineau/Ottawa in February 2008. Its final meeting took place in October 2008. Its mandate has not been renewed, and the Open Forum was created.
